The beating heart of Cohen Farquharson; Alana is the formidable leader and managing director. After signing her first property at 17, her career has skyrocketed off the back of hard work and outstanding property management. A natural-born leader, Alana quickly managed her own portfolio of exclusive, high-end properties in the Eastern Suburbs. After chapters in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Europe, Alana’s story returned to the Eastern Suburbs in 2018, where she launched her own rent roll and joined Farquharson’s in 2019.

Alana’s hero properties include the Penthouse at Gladswood House Double Bay at $4500per week, The Beach House Apartment on Campbell Pde Bondi Beach at $4150 per week, and Marine Parade Watsons Bay at $6000 per week. Alana also manages large commercial buildings - including, the heritage-listed Australia Post office in Edgecliff, which returns over $1.35 million in rent per annum; The Grosvenor Woollahra, which returns over $1.255million in rent per annum.

Alana used her property management portfolio and consulting skills to maximise the value of a building in Bondi Beach from $14million to $18.5million.Through assessment, proposal and management of a large-scale renovation on behalf of the investor, the rental return also increased from +$369k per annum to + $532k per annum.
